Well ... what is the error when trying to sync time? Changing servers isn't going to help if there is an underlying issue on your end. You don't have UDP Port 123 blocked at your firewall (router/software)...do you?

Error details! :)

make sure that the Windows time service is running and also make sure that is set in the right Zone (GMT)

to start the service:
net start w32time

to synch:
w32tm /resync

* you can try with 3rd party tools...

TCP port 13, which is used by the NIST client software by default and by other programs that use the "daytime" protocol.

TCP port 37 and udp port 37, which are used by DATE, RDATE, SDATE and by other programs that use the "time" protocol.

Don't use that ###### software listed... If you want to use ntp client on windows - use the official ntp client.

If you don't want to compile it yourself ;) you can grab it here

https://www.meinbergglobal.com/english/sw/ntp.htm#ntp_stable

List of ntp servers

http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/StratumOneTimeServers

ntpq 4.2.8p13@1.3847-o Mar 07 16:58:58 (UTC+01:00) 2019  (1)

edit:

"can't find the server"

That points to dns problem..
