Galaxy Note10+ gets caught on video ahead of imminent launch

We're just a couple days away from Samsung's official unveiling of its next flagship handset. As expected, leaks regarding the tech giant's unreleased phablet, the Note10, have been growing in number leading up to the occasion.

Now, the larger variant of the device, the Note10+, has seemingly been caught on video being used in a subway train. The video was initially posted on Weibo by prolific leaker of Samsung-related news 'i ice universe'.

As can be seen observed, the phone seems to be quite large in size, suggesting that is indeed the rumored 6.8-inch sized version, instead of the relatively smaller standard edition with a 6.3-inch display. Furthermore, in the initial few seconds of the video, the previously leaked punch-hole notch in the top-center part of the screen can be spotted as well. As one would expect, the notch seems to be quite prominent with a white background, though barely visible in a darker setting. The brick-shaped handset is also black in color and seems to be covered by a protective layer.

Not much else can be ascertained from the video, though most of the phone's design and specifications have been leaked multiple times in recent weeks, and the featured phone does seem to conform to these. In the last week, we've had confirmation that the Note10 won't be sporting an audio jack and that it might come in pink as well. There's also been rumors that the Snapdragon 855 chipset may only be powering a Verizon-exclusive version, and that the Note10 may be shipped with Microsoft's Your Phone Companion app.

Many of these rumors corroborate pieces of information leaked through the others. However, we won't know for sure which of these turn out to be true until Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked event, set to be held on August 7 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
