If you're capable of replacing a key yourself then you could try asking Lenovo or a shop if they have the key. Otherwise I would take it to a (living) computer guy to repair, but I wouldn't be surprised if anyone had the part by now unless the keyboard hasn't changed much over the years. EDIT: Actually, before looking in to repairing the key make sure that it is the keyboard that is the issue. Get an external keyboard and plug it in and see if that works. If it does then you have the option of either replacing the key on the keyboard or just sticking with an external keyboard to keep the laptop going a bit longer.
