Sounds like something is configured incorrectly. What exactly did you do in the admin panel? If you undo it, are you able to access the internet? Do all computres/devices on this network have the same issue?

You connect wireless by a phone/tablet or computer?

You might need to flush the DNS. To get a new SSID.

No. Those two things are not related. As @fusi0n said, it sounds like something is configured incorrectly.

make *.bat file and run as admin

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
netsh winsock reset
shutdown /r -t 1

PS--thats a ridiculous suggestion.

A winsock reset for changing an SSID?

Insanity.

You say you connect, but did you get an IP?  Did you get dns?

I am assuming your on windows?  If so do a ipconfig /all after you connect to your new ssid..

Can you ping the router IP?

Can you query say www.google.com (nslookup)
