The Huawei Vision is a 4K Quantum Dot smart TV running HarmonyOS

Huawei held an event in Munich today, where it made a series of new product announcements, including the Mate 30 series of smartphones and the Watch GT 2. The one thing that the company saved for the end is the Huawei Vision, its new smart TV powered by HarmonyOS.

The Huawei Vision seems pretty similar to the Honor Vision that we got to check out in Shenzhen, but it comes in 55-, 65-, and 75-inch models. There's also an 85-inch variant coming later on. The TV has 4K resolution, supports HDR, and uses Quantum Dot technology.

It also uses a similar remote to the Honor Vision, with a touchpad on top that lets you scroll around the UI. Charging via USB Type-C, it also has NFC built into it for Huawei Share OneHop. That allows you to transfer content from your Huawei phone to your TV, or project content. By comparison, the Honor Vision has an NFC tag that you can use, rather than building it into the remote control.

Huawei didn't actually announce any pricing or availability for its new TV, so it's probably not coming in the immediate future. We'll likely find out more about it over time.
