is it really possible to remove iclould by using dr.fone

Looks like it has to be running iOS 11.4 or earlier. Most likely using an exploit. There is also a boot rom exploit for all iPhones running A11 and below. However, I wouldn’t buy an iPhone that is locked. Most likely it’s stolen.

You mean i should reset iphone by formatting can be resolved problem with iclould luck
