You probably need to provide some more information.

What are you using to play the video? Online or local. If local, can you give us some information about OS etc?

Per the vague error message ...

Have you tried a different browser (Edge, IE, Chrome, etc.)

Google thinks that is because there's an ad blocker. Disable and try again.

Also this is different to the first error message..

Well your first screen shot isn't an error it's telling you that the video isn't available anymore which is on the website and not anything to do with you. The second error is common in todays world. The issue is for years Flash has been used for video and graphics and with the recent vulnerabilities in Flash Adobe has announced an end date. Chrome has been proactive to blocking flash. Websites are moving from Flash to HTML5 and so is  Chrome and Firefox. IE isn't being updated and is there in WIndows 10 for legacy websites.  So websites that use Flash are more likely to run in IE then Chrome or even Firefox.

Not necessarily: It could be implying that the video is unavailable to the locally rendering player.

i would think you would get another error if it had to do with the player.
