xMorpheousx416
Not sure if I missed this somewhere on Neowin, but it's been a while since I've searched for sound driver updates. Creative released a new one this month. Simple details in the "what's new" section, but hopefully it may fix some of the issues people did have with their device when upgrading to Win 10. Although my 5.1 issue was fixed with an MS cumulative update, I'll give these new ones a go and see if there's any issues. xMorpheousx416
After install: Updates driver version from 6.0.102.50 to 6.0.102.56. Control Panel still functions as it should. No issues with 5.1 surround... did have to redo my EQ profile and turn on Bass Redirection, but that's not much of a loss considering.

I have the base-model Z - the only reason it's neither enabled OR the default is because I use my display (an HDTV connected via HDMI) for audio in addition to video. I really should update the driver anyway, despite that.
