Lets not get off track here with arguing please :)

To answer @PzSniper if you can afford i9-9900 instead of the i7-9700 then do it :)

As far as harddrives/ssd goes, they can all fail, everyone rolls the dice with them. My suggestion is to have a smallish C:\ M.2 for Windows and then use the second slot for a larger 500GB/1TB NVME SSD data drive, but also take care to backup your data with OneDrive/Google Drive etc. By having two M.2 SSDs you have the fastest option for your programs and files and you can add a traditional large HDD for media. I have a 6TB Toshiba x300 for media files.

LOL, no

Core i9-9900K is notoriously power hungry and runs super hot.

Core i9-9900K uses as much power as the 16-core Ryzen 9 3950X despite the latter having twice as many cores.

Power consumption aside, I have a 9900k at work and it has no heat issues at all.

What are you using for a cooler?

360mm liquid cooler?

Cooler Master Hyper 212X  it's enought for i9?

No, you'll want a high end noctua or an AIO cooler. The noctua is probably your best bet depending on your case.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212X is not remotely sufficient for cooling the Core i9-9900K.

You are going to need a 360mm liquid cooler.

Hmmm looks like my initial cpu cooler it's fine because i'm not gonna OC i9

This Hyper 212 Evo is definitely budget-friendly, but it is a well-balanced cooling system.

It is worth noting that if you are planning on overclocking you i9-9900K processor then we recommend you go for a better system. But if you don’t plan on overclocking then this air cooler will be more than enough.

Nope...240mm. Who cares? Air has been shown to be just as effective.

When you said that, you mean giant towers like the Noctua NH-D15

Cooler Master Hyper 212X is not comparable to those coolers.

Hyper series looks OK if u don't OC, i switched to Hyper 212 Evo then BUT... is there any good cpu cooler under 50€ for i9?? 😢 after that i finished my list...

Can someone also help me choosing storage options above? 2 NVE or 1 NVE and 1 SSD? For the budget

I don't understand your choice.

Why are you choosing one of the hottest (literally) desktop processor, but crippled it with an insufficient cooler?

Is multi-core enhancement (MCE) enabled or disabled?

You mean am I using an overclocking feature?

No...its a workstation, not an enthusiast machine.

I've only used the Corsair one you have seen above--and they arent much for longevity. Im on my second one in as many years.

Well, exactly.

With multi-core enhancement (MCE) enabled (which is the default option), that cooler would be insufficient.

I have this exact same cooler from around €35 (The Netherlands) it is really quiet and you can swap out the fan on the heatsink if it isn't enough.

Pricing https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/440294/cryorig-h7.html

That thread talks about Core i9-9900K with multi-core enhancement (MCE) disabled.

As long as you're actually at stock, without your motherboard enabling any multi-core enhancement or unlimited power limit, the H7 will work OK. Otherwise just turn down the power limit until it stops overheating.
