+jnelsoninjax Subscriber² Share Posted January 17, 2020 I thought at first the cable was the issue, so I ordered a replacement and it still does nothing when I plug the cable into the camera and turn it on. I have checked that I running the most up to date version of the EOS utility, and I am, and it still is not recognizing that the camera is plugged in. Is this a Windows issue or something else?
