Good multi-gig Ethernet card? (1/2.5/5/10)

I'm looking for a good quality multigig ethernet card for a windows 10 system. Any recommendations?

I don't want to go pure 10GbE because who knows what I might put in for future switches. So having a 100 / 1GbE /2.5 / 5 / 10Gbe card would be nice or even a 4 speed instead of a 5 speed.

Anyone else out there using them? if so what do you recommend?

I usually just buy 10GbE equipment so this is a new thing for me... not sure what chip sets are quality ones

Hello,

Have you looked into Marvell's (formerly Aquantia's) AQN-107 chipset-based 10GbE/NBaseT PCIe NICs?

Regards,

I ordered two aquantia based cards to see how they work, the intel ones look nicer spec wise but this is for a home network so I'm not too concerned about higher end cards but if these dont work out, that's the next move
