Hangs and bluescreens almost daily on new build

Since building this new PC I've been getting a lot of system hangs and blue screens, no particular apps or games appear to be causing it. Spec below and I've included what I believe to be important event log data. I don't recall any problems the first week of the build. After that I added a TPM chip and enabled BitLocker (3-4 weeks ago), the problems seemed to occur after that. PIA and Corsair audio work fine despite below logs. I'm suspecting faulty TPM or BitLocker problem?

If you can, I would reinstall a fresh version of Windows.

It sounds like your system is corrupted. Might want to do a SMART check on those M.2 SSD's too...

Hello,

What version of Windows 10 is this occurring on?

Apologies for the late reply but I felt the need to add closure. Swapping the TPM chip solved the issues. I did expectedly have to enter the BitLocker recovery key on first boot, but working fine since.
