I use the following extensions ublock origin, lastpass, stylus, i dont care about cookies, forecast fox, https everywhere, popup blockwr for chrome, skip redirect and tab wrangler. Thx It could be one of those extensions. Disable them all and see if the issue happens. It the video plays okay, re enable the extensions one by one to narrow down which one is causing the issue.
