On Screen Keyboard - Win10 - Lag

Just a quick one guys,

 

if I have on screen keyboard running and i'm browsing the net and switching between windows ect it lags for few seconds, for example when i move mouse from firefox and click in title bar of task manager , if i close the On Screen Keyboard it stop doing it.

 

any idea why thanks
