Mockingbird Posted July 19, 2020 Share Posted July 19, 2020 I was considering ditching cable TV, but after looking at streaming plans, I realized that my TV plan isn't actually much more expensive. Instead, I was paying a lot of money to rent equipments cable boxes (~28% of my monthly TV bill). As a result, I decided to buy my own cable boxes (Samsung GX-SM530CF) and use CableCARD(s).
