But bite identification

So about a week ago I state to get these but bites and they would ich like crazy. Some have scared over the to my excessive scratching but a couple are still ichy even though I stashed them till I drew blood. I am attaching pics of the ones that still ich. I thought they were bed bugs but I washed by sheets in hot water when I got the bites. I have not gotten any more at least to my knowledge. May be a couple. But they consists on my legs mainly but the bite that ich the most are the ones on my inner knee and my right for arm. I just want to know a couple of things like what type of bug bit me if not bed bugs and how to stop it from iching. I have tried some anti ich cream but it does not help.

The bite marks seem large for a bug unless they were made bigger by scratching. Also just washing the sheets will not get rid of bed bugs in an old/infested mattress!

Look a bit like flea bites from a cat or dog or hedgehog or rabbit.

I got bites after sitting on a doorstep after a stray cat had been sitting there, and many years ago I got bites after sitting on a place where a hedgehog had been sleeping.

They were really itchy for weeks after.
