Paradox Interactive and Hardsuit Labs announced today that another delay has hit Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, with the RPG now being pushed back to 2021. The sequel to the 2004 cult hit and supernatural forces-focused experience, Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, was already delayed out of a Q1 2020 launch last year, making this the second significant setback to hit the game.
"Our goal has always been to deliver the best game possible, to immerse you into a Seattle re-imagined in the World of Darkness, and deliver a worthy successor to the original Bloodlines game," said today's new statement ."Due to the quality bar and ambitions we have set for ourselves, we have made the difficult decision that we need more time."

Much like before, the new plan doesn't get more specific than next year being the new launch window, though the parties involved will reveal more details regarding release timings and "organizational changes" in the coming months.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is heading for a launch on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, as well as Xbox Series X (with Smart Delivery) and PlayStation 5. The PC version will go live across Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
