Kirti6611
Can someone please help me identify this bug bite on my daughter’s hand. She wakes up with little mark on the site and its super itchy which makes it spread and site gets swollen. We checked our bed, carpet and we cant see any sign of bugs anywhere! Please help, I am really worried!
Steven P. Administrators Posted August 16, 2020 Administrators Share Posted August 16, 2020 Another bug bite topic on Neowin, a tech site. Anyway I hope you get your answer but it seems like a strange place to go looking for answers Can I ask what made you register and ask here of all places? Barney T. Administrators Posted August 16, 2020 Administrators Share Posted August 16, 2020 Your daughter has cellulitis from the bug bite. She needs a course of antibiotics to help with the infection. Ice and raise arm for more relief. Oh, I'm an RN, of course. Could be worse, could be a first timer asking for sex advise on a tech site... god knows we nerds dont get much /s On topic though that looks like it could be a spider bite. Barney T. Administrators Posted August 16, 2020 Administrators Share Posted August 16, 2020 Just now, Matthew S. said: On topic though that looks like it could be a spider bite. No spider bite. Spider bites leave craters at the bite site, due to the enzymes in their digestive juices that break down cells.
