techbeck
Quote An Antifa leader known as Commander Red was busted carrying a flamethrower to a Wisconsin Black Lives Matter rally — and “dropped into the fetal position and began crying” when stopped by cops, officials said. Matthew Banta, 23, is “known to be a violent Antifa member who incites violence in otherwise relatively peaceful protests,” a criminal complaint in his Green Bay arrest record insisted, according to WBAY. He was carrying stickers and a flag for the controversial group — the name of which is short for “anti-fascist” — along with “military-grade 5-minute” smoke grenades, fireworks rockets, and a flamethrower, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Banta was stopped after being spotted with “a whole bunch of white people with sticks, baseball bats and helmets” heading toward a BLM event in Green Bay, police said in the criminal complaint. The others fled when a cop blocked them with his squad car, but Banta was stopped and “dropped into the fetal position and began crying,” the police report said. He complained that the officer got on top of him, which police denied, WBAY said. https://www.foxnews.com/us/wisconsin-antifa-commander-flamethrower-tears-fetal-position-arrest https://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/story/news/2020/08/31/neenah-man-charged-bringing-smoke-grenades-green-bay-rally-accused-pointing-rifle-police-waupaca/3448722001/ https://www.wbay.com/2020/08/31/neenah-man-arrested-at-green-bay-protest-has-ties-to-antifa/

+primortal Subscriber² Posted September 2, 2020 Subscriber² Share Posted September 2, 2020 Good, glad they caught him. Antifa is the least of the problems when it comes to violence at these protests; you got Boogaloo Bois, Proud Boys and Militias. Glad you put protesting in quotes, unlike others. This is not a protester but a troublemaker looking to make things worse and distract from what protesters are trying to do and bring attention to. And calling him a fool is not adequate. He is basically a criminal at this point being arrested multiple times. Anyone bringing a weapon to a gathering is not a protester, period. 6 hours ago, primortal said: Good, glad they caught him. Many piece to the puzzle really. Weapons are not needed at a protest.

One side or the other makes an appearance and the other gets in their face rather than wait their turn or stay in another lane. Both do it and everyone else suffers. Meanwhile, the center left, center, and center right get marginalized, blamed for what the idiots are doing, and around we go. BTW: it was the Obama administration's DoJ and spooks who accused ANTIFA of domestic terror acts, not the right. Time for the mainstream left to stop enabling & disavow them, and vice versa for the mainstream right. https://www.politico.com/story/2017/09/01/antifa-charlottesville-violence-fbi-242235 Quote > Federal authorities have been warning state and local officials since early 2016 that leftist extremists known as “antifa” had become increasingly confrontational and dangerous, so much so that the Department of Homeland Security formally classified their activities as “domestic terrorist violence,” according to interviews and confidential law enforcement documents obtained by POLITICO. > Edited September 3, 2020 by DocM Dick Montage 1 Share
