Gmarthin
Hi, I'm totally new to linux, and wanted to install SuSE 9 and make the switch if I like it as much as I think I'm going to :D But when I started to install, I get MD5 sum errors on just about all the files it tries to unpack after I've set up the installation the way I want it. This happened trying to install both from the DVD and the CDs I downloaded... Does anyone know of a way to fix this without having to download SuSE all over again. I really appreciate all and any help I can get guys. TIA
seethru
sounds like the image files your downloaded were corrupt. What I would suggest doing is downloading their simple boot disc and installing it over the internet.
