Razer launches upgraded range of wireless accessories

Razer has announced a set of new flagship gaming accessories, all of which leverage the company's HyperSpeed Wireless technology for low-latency communication. There are three new accessories - the BlackShark V2 Pro headset, the BlackWidow V3 Pro keyboard, and the DeathAdder V2 Pro mouse.

Starting with the BlackShark V2 Pro, it shares some features with the regular BlackShark V2 announced a while back. It has Razer's 50mm TriForce Titanium drivers, with the added benefit of suport for THX Spatial Audio. It does introduce a new HyperClear Supercardioid microphone, which promises clearer voice quality thansk to better voice isolation and ambient noise cancellation.

The headset weighs in at 320g, and both the headband and ear cushions use a breathable FlowKnit fabric to help users stay fresh. The headset promises up to 24 hours of use on a charge and 12 meters of range courtesy of Razer's wireless technology, though you can also use it with the included 3.5mm cable.

Moving on to the DeathAdder V2 Pro, it has the same 20,000 DPI sensor as the DeathAdder V2 and eight programmable buttons that can be customized with Razer Synapse 3 software. It also uses the company's new optical mouse switches, which are rated for 70 million clicks.

The biggest distinction from the regular DeathAdder V2 is that it this version is wireless, with support for both Razer's HyperSpeed technology and Bluetooth 4.2. It promises up to 120 hours of use over Bluetooth or 70 hours using Razer HyperSpeed. It still comes with Razer's SpeedFlex cable, though, so you can use it in wired mode while charging.

Finally, the BlackWidow V3 Pro is Razer's first wireless gaming keyboard, and it promises 200 hours of battery life in this mode. It supports both Razer HyperSpeed and Bluetooth, and it can also be connected with a USB Type-C cable for wired use and charging.

The BlackWidow V3 Pro features improved Razer Mechanical Switches and Doubleshot ABS keycaps. The switches have been made transparent, so Razer Chroma lighting shines brighter through the keys, and they're rated for 80 million keystrokes. The keyboard's frame is made of aluminum, so it should still be durable.

All of the devices are available from Razer starting today. The BlackShark V2 Pro headset is going for $179.99/€199.99; the DeathAdder V2 Pro mouse costs $129.99/€149.99; and the BlackWidow V3 Pro keyboard costs $229.99/€249.99.
