Just a day ago, OnePlus confirmed the launch event date for the OnePlus 8T. The device is set to make its debut on October 14, a little less than a month from now. In the meantime, rumours about the upcoming smartphone's expected price and specifications are rampant. Today, another suspected piece of information about the 8T came to light.

According to 91mobiles, Amazon.de - the German variant of the online shopping giant - inadvertently leaked the pricing details of the OnePlus 8T by listing the product on its website. As seen in a screenshot of the alleged leak below, the latest entrant in the OnePlus 8 series will supposedly be priced at €693.18 for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The product title also states that the handset will support 5G.

It is worth noting that a small notice below the price states that the given price includes 'temporarily reduced VAT' which only applies to Germany. This indicates that the price in other regions could be more. This is further supported by Twitter leaker Ishan Agarwal who said that the 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage coupling will be priced at €699 in other regions. Meanwhile, both sources report that the lower-tier version with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage will be priced at €599 RAM.

Apart from the price and 5G support, other details revealed by the suspected Amazon leak are a 6.55-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 65W Warp Charging, dual SIM support, a quad-camera setup, an Aquamarine Green colour option, 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A launch date of October 20, 2020, is also mentioned.

Much of what was revealed by today's report has already been heard of before, such as the quad-camera setup which is believed to include a 48MP camera. Judging by the consistency of the rumours, it is likely that these details are close to the truth. Everything will be confirmed once the OnePlus 8T is officially revealed on October 14 next month.
