Razer Mamba 2012 won't wirelessly connect on my Windows 10 (20H2) machine

Recommended Posts

I have connected my Razer Mamba 2012 mouse (with the Razer Synapse 2.0 software) to my notebook.

I can use it wired, but I would like to have a wireless mouse.

For some reason I cannot get it connected.

I have followed the steps in the manual:

4. Slide the shown switch to the On position. To conserve battery power, always move the switch to the Off position when not using your mouse in wireless mode.

5. Press the pairing buttons on the Razer Mamba and Charging Dock. The pairing button on the Charging Dock will start blinking to indicate the pairing process.

For some reason there is no stop in blinking and it keeps not connecting.

What can be the case here? Is the software/mouse not compatible with Windows 10 (20H2) anymore? And can I - just - use this mouse wired now?

Or am I overlooking something here?

I heard problems with 20H2... That could be the culprit, not the Razer software. Anyone care to challenge me? 😛
