Samsung has just released the latest iteration of The Wall, its giant screen offering

The 2021 edition of The Wall

Samsung has announced the launch of the 2021 version of The Wall (model name: IWA) – with its 1,000-inch display, The Wall is geared towards businesses who want to showcase their content. With this update, Samsung has included new artificial intelligence (AI) processing technology and upgraded 120Hz frame rates. The firm offers The Wall with versatile installation options.

This edition of The Wall comes with a new Micro AI Processor that analyses and improves every frame of video to ensure that the picture quality is the best it can be. According to Samsung, the AI is trained 16 different neural network models to optimise content up to 8K resolution.

Commenting on The Wall, Hyesung Ha, Senior Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung, said:

“Samsung is dedicated to creating the most innovative displays for those at the forefront of video creation and brand experiences. The 2021 The Wall is our most immersive and versatile display yet, giving businesses complete control to create their dream environments.”

While The Wall is capable of playing content in 8K at a 120Hz refresh rate, it can actually support a resolution of up to 16K with a 15,360 x 2,160-pixel arrangement. It also supports four picture-by-picture screens from different content sources that can be displayed at the same time in 4K resolution.

Businesses interested in buying The Wall can contact Samsung today to receive a custom quote to match their needs. Specifications and contact details for the 2021 edition of The Wall is now live on Samsung’s website.
