Butsy
Just got done installing suse, all went well except a few things: Whilst installing, my mouse was working fine - When the system actually boots, it works whilst gnome is loading (when you see that cross cursor), after that it stops. I'm using a Samsung SyncMaster 172v (Known as samtron in some places, I think) and it wont let me use anything over 800 x 600, anything else is "out of sync ranges"? Also, whilst trying to access yast with the keyboard, I can hit enter on something and it wont start it. Any info on why my mouse/resolution and way to solve the problems? Having to dual boot for the moment until I fix the problems, any help/info helpful :)

Butsy
Ahh, just read up a bit and ran through it - Just guessed some of the options, mainly vsync (Helpful it gave what modes are likely to be supported) and got it going. Now to get my mouseheel working :D

Now to get my mouseheel working :D In your etc/X11/XF86Config, make sure that you have Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" in the "InputDevice" for "mouse" That should work.
