The latest data from major German retail stores for the month of April-May, courtesy of 3DCenter, proves what has been evident from the recent graphics card pricing trends. Basically, AMD and Nvidia GPUs are beginning to slowly but surely fall towards their Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) levels. The prices of current-gen Nvidia RTX 3000 and AMD RX 6000 series graphics cards are currently the cheapest they have been. AMD pricing are cheaper still, compared to their Green team counterparts. We have also been keeping our readers informed of the dropping prices such as nice deals on AMD Radeon GPUs where multiple models of the RX 6600 and the RX 6900 XT are both available at around their MSRPs.
However, there are still some other models that, although falling, are still some way from their MSRPs. Overall the Radeon cards are currently 7% over MSRP. Meanwhile, the Nvidia cards are maintaining twice that gap as they are 14% above their corresponding MSRP levels. Clearly, though, it is far better than what the situation was even a few months ago.

While these are great signs indeed, things, however, could turn bad soon. That's because GPU miners could be getting ready to get their hands on graphics cards again, even the Nvidia Lite Hash Rate (LHR) ones as the LHR limiter has been cracked and 100% unlock is now available not only on Windows but also on Linux.
Hence, it may be a good time to keep an eye on GPU prices or you could also follow our GPU deals articles where we often post fantastic deals that we come across.
