Hurmoth
I believe people are expecting G5 on PB, not just some G4 updat:):) I hope so too! I think the next updates will include the Aluminum Form Factor and a G5 processor! But of course, this is my opinion collected from sources that I've read (because Apple is so secretive with new products, no one really knows for sure)! SonComet
G5 powerbooks would be a major announcment. I wouldn't expect them to appear at NAB. Maybe WWDC at the earliest.

rstroud
Ooooo, let me gaze into my crystal ball.......... hehe, Apple's kinda frustrating when it comes to upgrade cycles. But then again, it's cool. I just want an iBook really bad.
Chad
a similar story like that is also at macrumors.net The story on Macrumors is just a posting of what appleinsider said. And if anyone is expecting a G5 pb anytime soon, they'll be sorely disappointed. Jan 05 at the earliest. Imacs may get the G5 sooner, but I really doubt it. If you've seen the cooling that the new xserves have to do, you'll know why.

sebaz
Could this be another "Powermac G5 specs leak" like what happened last year before the WWDC??? http://www.hardmac.com/niouzcontenu.php?date=2004-04-15#1931

oik
how do you know whether or not it's a typ:unsure:e: because the 4 & 5 are on the keyboard next to each other. having an entire graphic come up that leaks specs is a leak. one letter is a typo. besides, i would have hoped a rumor site would have caught onto g5 pbook's the instant someone had it. Yes, it's a typo. I highly doubt we'll see G5 PowerBooks anytime soon. Having "PowerBook G4" misspelled once in the whole Apple Site does not qualify as a "leak" in my book. Besides, it could just be some webmaster at Apple having fun. :p

VGVL
I'm getting the following error when I try to access the Order Status of my iPod mini: Apple's Online and phone Order Status services are temporarily unavailable due to a scheduled upgrade to our systems. I saw the same "error" the night before the eMac Updates. Hopefully there will be PowerBook Updates tomorrow :D.
