Daem0hn Posted March 5, 2004 Share Posted March 5, 2004 what linux os are u using? mine looks very much like a mac apart froma few things here is my windowborder theme skin you will also want to get ur hands on gnome-themes My Theme Consists of: Controls - BlueSphere Window Border - MetaTivo (the theme ive included) Icons - Nuvola BlueSphere and Nuvola come in the gnomethemes pack you will also want to get your hands on gdesklets and install teh starter bar that is nearly as close to a mac look as you will get :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MG-Cloud Posted March 5, 2004 Share Posted March 5, 2004 You'd probably want to take a look at http://www.kde-look.org (for kde) and http://www.gooeylinux.org (for gnome). They have some themes that are pretty accurate to the mac look. I haven't tried the kde ones, cause I don't use KDE, but the gnome ones look quite nice. The only problem I have with them is how the bottom panel looks (with all the applications listed). The aqua-fication of that little part seems to be a little overdone/cheesy imo. Unfortunately, I'm not a graphic designer so I can't fix it. You'll also probably want gDesklets for gnome (for the dock) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
