Taskbar - Other System Tray Icons (Windows 11)

Pictured... is an example of the pending question.

 

How would someone remove these icons from this list if you:

A. Have duplicates
B. Have since uninstalled any given program and icon remains

Path to Settings = Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Other System Tray Icons (or right click Taskbar obviously)

 

Now.. I know there's a registry setting to remove old and stale Uninstall icons from Programs and Features if an uninstaller doesn't clear out that registry section... so, I'm thinking there may be an entry somewhere that can remove these? I am not going to remove these, but in my settings this is a perfect example of someone not knowing why there's a dual entry listed as the same thing.
