MG-Cloud
http://slashdot.org/articles/04/03/01/1818201.shtml EV1Servers.net has been identified as a Linux licensee, giving them the dubious title of being the first dedicated hosting company to have a licence agreement with SCO. Rather than 'eliminating uncertainty from our clients' hosting infrastructure', as Robert Marsh (CEO of EV1Servers) claims, some users of EV1 appear to be somewhat upset. I hope they lose business from the publicity this is going to give them :( I know for sure I'm never going there for business. kongit
I have heard than many of their customers are mad at them. ev1 giving in is bad for the whole situation. now sco has a finger to point and say look these guys did it.
configure Veteran Posted March 2, 2004 Veteran Share Posted March 2, 2004 :pinch:  I don't understand why someone would pay for this when the court hasn't even reached its verdict yet.
Fred Derf Veteran Posted March 2, 2004 Veteran Share Posted March 2, 2004 The were probably given REALLY generous discounts to become the first licensed customer. It's important for SCO to set a precident. http://www.theregister.com/content/53/35939.html
