moRU
Got this yesterday, anyone in the area might want to look into it. I know I would have like to have known about them taking public volunteers on the first one... Ok, now that I have your attention...Hello again everyone! We are moving into crunch time again and we will need to muster volunteers to assist with various phases of the upgrade of System X. This initial mailing is to have you give us general availability for shifts. We do not have a delivery date as yet, but want to get a clear picture of who can work when. Please use the URL below to register your availability and contact info. This list is obviously not comprehensive, so if you know someone who might want to help out and is not an exempt employee, please have forward them this email. We will also contact some of you individually to assist with re-cabling tasks that are forthcoming, so if you have any Cat5 crimping experience (or tools!) please email me with "Ethernet cabler" as the subject line of your email. This work will begin sometime next week and we have a lot to do. I'll keep this short for now. Please remember that exempt status employees cannot volunteer, i.e. wage employees. As before, if you work for the university (or other state agency) and fill out a time sheet twice a month, you are not eligible to volunteer. Sorry. http://128.173.49.1:9000/tcf-volunteers/
