mariusu Posted February 16, 2002 Share Posted February 16, 2002 yeah, you can use a program from www.aha-soft.com , i think it's called custom icons. you can also do this manualy. palce a file named autorun.inf in the root of your hd/partition (eg.:c:, d: blablabla). than you edit this file and insert the path to the desired icon. i'm not sure, but you should look in the forums for this; there are 2 lines or so you need to add to autorun.inf, but i don't know for sure what, but at least you know now the way it should be done. hope that helps you. i will look for this and if i find more about it i'll message back:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
stevember Posted February 16, 2002 Author Share Posted February 16, 2002 I did it:) :) I done it with the autorun.inf in the route with this text [autorun] OPEN=explorer.exe /AUTORUN ICON=MM_DVD.ico and the icon in the route of the drive to change.
