BxBoy
I'm not subscribed to the RHN (Red Hat Network) because it cost money. I was wondering if you can manually download and install the updated RPMs. Is there a script to simplify the update process?

markwolfe Veteran Posted March 10, 2004 Veteran Share Posted March 10, 2004 If you use (or can upgrade to) Fedora, you can use up2date from Fedora at no cost. Didn't RedHat keep the older RedHat up2date still valid for the single "demo" account that a RHL user can set up (for one machine)? I'm not sure... I'm not sure... This is the Enterprise version of Red Hat. I'm installing it on another machine and I can't use the same subscription account because it's already in use for another machine.
