Well there are a few different apps that do this, one

is super karamba with the Kroller theme. There are other though.

If you have KDE 3.2 you can use KXDocker.

There are more that I can not rember right now, KDE-look.org is the place to go for all this. :)

I will check them out - Karamba is the Samurize-type thing right?

I'm using one in kde 3.2.1 and basically it goes like this. :)

- position a kicker panel on the top of the screen

- add the menu applet to the panel (right click on panel > panel menu... > add.. > applet > menu)

- configure menu bar (right click on desktop > configure desktop...)

- General tab: Menu Bar at Top of Screen, select "Current application's menu bar (Mac OS style)"

-apply changes

and that should be it! Any KDE/QT app should now have it's menu up in the kicker menu bar

hope this helps.
