Address Book+Bluetooth? Not quite.

Recommended Posts

Address Book has that neat feature that, making use of Bluetooth capabilities, when someone calls you on your cell phone, a window with his name and phone number pops up. Only for some reason, when someone calls me, even though his number is displayed on the phone, Address Book does not provide the number (even if the caller is listed in both my phone's phonebook and Address Book on my Mac). In addition to that, the SMS Reply button is grayed out. Any idea why? I have a Sony Ericsson T630 phone.

Anybody know how I would go about activating it and such and if I would incur any extra fees (besides activation) and how I would get a SIM card for it?

Any help is appreciated.

With my local provider, all I have to do is go pay the $20 for the SIM card, which would in turn be activated on their network. As the phone is already unlocked, you'd just have to put the SIM card in the phone, and you'd be good to go. The best thing to do would be to go to a store for the company that you want to use the phone on and ask them.
