You tempt me. I've been using Epiphany 1.1.x (I love its speed/integration/higification) for a couple of months now, but GTK menus just may be the thing to get me to try Firefox again.

point me in the direction of the source code ;-)

I personally try and stay away from bleeding edge software as I use both my Linux boxes for work, so I need them to be reliable, and after some experience with Debian Sid, I am glad not to be using it. Sarge works great for me and while it isn't the latest software it's good enough IMO and everything works as it should. If I had the time I'de love to play with a distro like Gentoo more that uses all the most bleeding edge stuff, but after already using it once, when emerge started playing up seriously and it started locking up at random, another 3 days without a machine due to it compiling is very unappealing, and I'de be lost now without the number and quality of packes in Sarge.

EDIT: On windows I use firebird, and the beta of Newsleecher (which I hated having to pay for as I don't think betas should be charged for), but this isn't as mission critical for me as my Linux boxes so I'm not concerned about this, and enjoy the functionality of both these programs.

I don't use the bleeding edge/beta releases unless:

a) I'm officially testing it in a closed beta

b) The new version, beta or otherwise, brings in a feature I wanted or fixes a bug that was causing problems for me.

I don't get the latest version just to have a higher number in my about window, but if it serves me, I'll definately get it.
