0 bogomip Posted March 31, 2004 Share Posted March 31, 2004 vB for me. I've been using vB since 2.x, but my subscription ran out last summer. Jelsoft did extend 3 months for licenses, in hopes that vB3 would come out before then, but that was in July, and only now has it come out. Kinda sucky, but I'd rather them take their time instead of rushing a release, but since I cant install vb3 (did try the vB3 beta 2 release) final I cant really vouch for it. I tried pratically every forum software out there before moving to vB. UBB, Ikonboard (the old really crappy version), phpBB etc. I like vB because its easy to setup and customize, imo the template system etc are way better than IB and phpBB etc, though in fairness they are improving. However, for free boards, IB is definetly the best imo. I absolutely despise phpBB, I hate looking at it, using it, posting in it etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
