1. iTunes is the best music syncer

2. USB 2.0 works, but Firewire charges it

3. Depends. Do you need the 40 gig? Why not settle for a 15 or a 20. Maybe find a lower price.

4. Yes. It shows as a drive on My Computer.

Welcome.

1. You can put mp3s on there. You can also rip AAC or MP3 from your cds with iTunes. You dont have to buy them.

2. With the AC adapter also.

3. yes..i always use the dock to charge at night. If you buy an iSkin or exo, it doesnt work with the dock.

4. what?

iPod mini is $250 USD.

It's not exactly dragging songs onto the iPod. The best way to do it is use iTunes. Organize your entire library in there and it automatically syncs with the iPod whenever you connect it to the PC. Charging is about 1 hour to 80%, 4 hours to 100%.

No, the real HDD size is 4GB.

Hard drive manufacturers treat a kilobyte as 1000 bytes, not 1024; a megabyte like 1000 kilobytes, and a gigabyte like 1000 megabytes.

The HDD is 4000 megabytes. 4GB. It only shows as 3.7 because 3.7 is basedon a multiplier of 1024 rather than 1000.

Sounds stupid, but that's just how HDDs are measured. Look at your own, look at any one sold online, you'll see the pattern :)
