Rollover buttons causing page to stretch

I've been testing my new layout, and in Opera 7.20 whenever I hover over a rollover button the page jumps couple paragraphs. Why is it doing this? Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firebird don't do this. Is there a bug or did I miss something. :blink:
