ie startup/shutdown screens. any help i would be very greatfull!

However, there are generic screens on that site.

Why would you want to change the XP one?, it looks :cool:

I screwed with the resource hacker some time ago in the WinXP kernel and it uses a different way to create the boot logo. It doesn't use a full-screen template anymore. The bitmap now is just as large as the WinXP logo itself on the boot logo. So no great altering possibility.
