randomnut
Hey, just going to try suse 9.1? Im definatley going to try it. I dont use Linux at the moment, as I cant get a Belkin f5d6050 to work in it no matter what I try. Mandrake 9 had support for it but I dont like it, I really only like to use SuSE, if it has support ill definatly get rid of windows and go to SuSE 100% Has there been any pre release reviews or screenshots posted anywhere? kemical
have you searched google.com/linux ? you can also check distrowatch.com and the suse link because they usually have review links and with those comes some screenshots
Schmoove
Probably not... since last time I checked SuSE wasn't free. I'm not using Linux as my daily desktop, so I am not willing to pay for it. My next distro will be Fedora Core 2 I think.
KenLin
yea, I'm also looking forward to Fedora Core 2. I like that they seem to be releasing DVD images, so I don't have to burn and cary around 4 CDs.
wizzywizard
I am a Newbie and have been using SuSe for a little while.. I went out a paid for mine solely because of the user manual that came with it which helped me to learn.. You can install SuSe via ftp for free, but if you are a newbie I would recommend buying it as the manual is great... Gordy
