Miran
Yesser. They did indeed. I was having probs with my monitor and so I sent it back, and in 2 days this package arrives and I couldn't fit the box in my door (first I had a goddamned orgasm) , I had to take it out on the doorstep. This sucker weighs 70 pounds! But wow, what a beautiful display. Also, if you ever buy a printer from LEXMARK (best printers for inkjet), give them a call and tell them your printer is smoking and that it still smokes after changing the cartridges (first they will send you some free cartridges), then they will replace your printer - but the beauty is, you DON'T HAVE TO RETURN YOUR OLD ONE. LOL I found out the only reason my printer was smoking was a defective power cable and now I have 2 great working printers. They won't mess around with things like that. The minute you say "smoking" or "sparks" or "really hot" boom - they replace it.
Miran
This is all in Canada, by the way - where people still know the meaning of customer service (generally speaking).
