matt31
Sorry for this simple question but I've never found a way to back up any mail that I've needed to keep. Is there a way to save it to a file so that one can back it up? Cheers matt
DotNetZed
have a look at File -> Export -> Messages. alternatively you can decide which directory to hold your message store and then just zip that up [as long as OE is not running] HTH

Ice Blue
You can also look for the DB files (or was it DBX?) on your computer. That's how I did it when I got a new computer ones. It's a lot easier but you have to do a certain trick to make it show up on the the comp's OE.

Miran
Easiest way to ensure you never lose your email is to change the STORE FOLDER to a folder on a network server, if you have one.
