redtag Posted February 22, 2002 Share Posted February 22, 2002 hello im new.help me. im using window XP. after installing it for a month, my windows media player play all film(mpegs,divx,avi,mpe) UPSIDE DOWN. i dont know how to fix it. i try to install wmplayer.exe again, nothing happen. How to correct this problem? Any possibility of repairing without having to setup new XP again? /ps is it defragmenting using Xp defragmenter is taking so short of time? (estimating in 10 minutes). It happen to be so fast for my 900mhz duron.sometime it say , the disk cannot defrag all file(in the end of the defragmentation) kindly pls help me. Miran Posted February 22, 2002 Share Posted February 22, 2002 Sounds to me like you've got yourself a virus. Run a virus scan with completely updated definitions. Also, run in SAFE MODE so that it can still quarantine/delete files that are running (or would be, if you weren't in safe mode). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
