Neowin IRC

Yeah the efnet channel is unofficial and is usually pretty quiet. I've come to find, however, that being in a chat room with too many neowinians is a pretty scarey experience :ninja:

Is there actually a Neowin IRC channel or network anywhere? I saw the neowin IBF chat, but no one is ever there...

Maybe if you stayed in the chatroom, people would join ;)

If we were to have an offical irc channel, I know a great little irc network - MacNN irc uses it :) its busy, but you can always get a decent nick, and it never lags :)

This is me speaking purely from my own mind, but I don't think Neowin would implement an Official IRC since we have the official IPB chat.
