patseguin Global Moderator Posted April 7, 2004 Author Global Moderator Share Posted April 7, 2004 Safari is great too. I'm not sure why I always have to be a rebel. I guess I need to depart from the norm once in a while. :)

BTallack
I started using Safari, then I was using Firefox for a while, but then I found it was too slow not being a true OS X program, so I switched to Camino which I really liked the night build of, but found it was still too unstable, so I'm back to Safari. At least until the next Camino point release.
the evn show
I use safari for browsing and most of my design work. because she's fast and simple. two buttons plus two text fields + a tab bar. I like the way the bookmarks bar works: it makes adding/deleting pages really quick (which I do a lot when i'm checking changes that may update several pages at once). Firefox gets fired up when either safari isn't behaving as I would expect in order to make sure that it's my flawed understanding/assumptions about CSS/xHTML that are causing problems and not the render engine or when I'm making sure my designs are cross-platform. I just don't like the interface as much as I like safari.
Tim Dorr Veteran Posted April 7, 2004 Veteran Share Posted April 7, 2004 Despite the random freezing problem I've been having, I still manage to use Safari. Don't ask me why, because I don't really know why I'm putting up with the bugs...

Spacedog
Definetly Safari, even if the latest version keeps on erasing the history every two days, and I don't know why... but I have Camino installed, and it sure is good. (but why did they change the toolbar buttons again?)
