smbusa11
I have installed a couple times and tried many pci slots and card's all working under window xp but will not work under fedora or mandrake. It works with knoppix. I am going to run fedora core 1 but i just cant get my network card. i have tried a 3com 905-tx Linksys 100tx ver 4.1 and a intel pro 10 none seem to work. What am i missing as a noob to linux?
markwolfe Veteran Posted April 9, 2004 Veteran Share Posted April 9, 2004 I am not sure of exactly how, but you can use the same setup that Knoppix did successfully on another flavor of Linux (like Fedora, in your case...)
zivan56
Are you sure the appropriate modules are loaded for the card? an Intel Pro 10/100 card should work on all Linux distro's using the eepro100 driver.
