You're not missing a thing (except for a water additive to prevent bacteria/algae buildup), all you need are:

- Radiator (w/fan)

- Resorvoir

- Pump

- WaterBlock (CPU)

- Tubings

- Fittings

- Distilled Water

- Water Additive (eg, "Water Wetter")

Extras (Optional):

- WaterBlock (NB - Northbridge)

- WaterBlock (VGA)

- Elbows

And that's all there is to it.

ok cool, cause i went to a salvation store and they had these old SCSI 10cd disk changers for like $1, of course they did'nt work, but the box was worth $1, so ill just run rad and pump in it than mount the res in my top 80mm blow hole :) any more suggestions on the parts ive selected?

Do not attach all the components to your computer just yet. Keep the watercooling setup away from your PC for leak testing purposes.

- Pour some water into the resorvoir, then turn on your pump.

- Then gradually add some more water until there is plenty is the res - but don't fill it to the top (maybe about an inch from the top).

- Give it time to rid itself from water bubbles (by tilting blocks slightly).

As far as I know that's how you fill the watercooling system. If I'm wrong then someone here will put me in my place (I'm sure of it ;)).

To be honest, i think thats the best way to do it, but in my case, i put everything in but totally disconnected my pc from the mains, then proceeded with the filling process, so if it leaked, i could leave it for a day to fully dry. If water gets on the components when no electric it running through then it is fine as long as it is dry, FULLY dry when you switch it back on.

It didnt leak, and it hasnt done to this day :)

I only really have knowledge about asetek waterblocks, and id advise you look at the antartica one. But if you must have one of those three it would be the TC-4 as it has a much more complex maze inducing more turbulence thus being able to transfer more heat to the radiator. As for alum and poly tops i dont think it makes much of a difference becuase the water is being shifted so quickly the alum top wont really reduce temps.

well i ordered the Danger Den Maze 4, and my pump should be in thrusday, so all i gotta do now is find a radiator, i think im gonna "try" to make a resiverior, if not ill buy one, im gonna use 1/2" ID hose, but the rad will be a dual 120mm rad. u all think it will be better?

are you using that chevy core or a hw-labs black ice extreme 2.. either way you'll see great temps the chev core should actually be larger...and if it gonna be external.. stick with it ^_^

dont make your res.. get an angelbay drive res.. they are pretty good , and come with oyur choice of fittings ;)

ive head about them.. they apparently do a good job.. but im against them as they are single pass... but you wont see any real boost with dual pass.. infact some sigles show better preformance that dual...

so yeah , its an ok rad to use

i also prefer when rads come with shrouds attached.. but meh

    • Ironically, I do have audio engineering experience, but still find the different flavors of VB-Audio's VoiceMeeter (and more advanced options like Banana and Potato) to be a little unintuitive. Yes, I can figure them out, but despite having a UI that looks like an audio mixer, they don't exactly follow typical audio mixing conventions, so it takes a little time to figure out how the software works. Still, I feel like for what you are asking for, VoiceMeeter is a good solution. If you're interested, I could probably create a quick how-to video.
    • If it was not for AI push, you have a point but as I already use notepad++ and I really don’t see the need for all the extras in a damn NOTEPAD… I also disagree real notepad with pen does not offer spell check, so why NOTEPAD app should? you already have free Word online.. if this is what you need.
