Looks like EnTech (the makers of powerstrip) have a forum that mentions powerstrip for Linux/BSD. However, it seems that it isn't officially ported. :| And, they seem to recommend that you tweak your video settings in the/etc/X11/XF86Config file (where I would do my adjustements)...
