sdenike
It has been about a week since I have ued my bluetooth on my Powerbook G4 running 10.3.3 ... anyways I went to use it today and the Bluetooth Icon is gone in the Prefs. on top of that when I downloaded the Blue tooth software/firmware when I run it it tells me that no Bluetooth is installed... ANy ideas? the only thing I could think of that is differnet is that I install Palm desktop on my Mac this weekend. Any ideas of what I can do to test it out or get it working again? sdenike
I ran the hardware testing program on my Apple DVD, and it shows that bluetooth is present.... I even tried to create a new user profile and yeah no bluetooth icons there...
Gary_Player
Does it show up in the OSX system information?
sdenike
nope didn't even show in there... After some research I came across the Apple forums and I guess this is a known issue, just had to reset the PRAM and then it works... for now atleast.
